Root Reminders is my first published collection of poetry, tackling themes of inner work and spiritual exploration. Collected into three sections — Childish Hope, Dark Faith, and Empty Love — these poems reckon with a childhood permeated by religious fear, the underworld journey that we each inevitably go through on our path to freedom from trauma, and the joy and peace found in surrender to life.
