Root Reminders is my first published collection of poetry, tackling themes of inner work and spiritual exploration. Collected into three sections — Childish Hope, Dark Faith, and Empty Love — these poems often return to themes of childhood and generational dynamics, as well as encounter with Father/Mother in spiritual terms. The work emerges from a deep personal reckoning with fear-based religion, experiences of transcendence, the journey through shadow, and freedom and joy found in surrender to what is right in front of us.
